extek rigorously adheres to all partners' and clients' Terms of Service. We operate with transparency and will not engage in practices that may violate those terms.

Zero Tolerance for Circumvention Requests

Any attempt to bypass or violate ethical standards or partner agreements is strictly forbidden. Requests to engage in such practices will be immediately reported to the relevant platform and extek's compliance team. Disciplinary action, up to and including termination, will be taken for violations.

Reporting Suspected ToS Violations

Employees are obligated to report any suspected violations of Terms of Service directly to [email protected]. extek maintains a strict no-retaliation policy for employees who report suspected violations in good faith.

Gift Giving / Bribery
